This is an amazing property! The home is comfortable and very well appointed. The kitchen has every appliance and tool necessary to create any menu and entertain many friends and family! The grounds are beautiful and will allow for many lovely spots for our daughter's nuptials.
We are all very excited to spend 2 weeks in this beautiful property. Even in the winter the property is clean and well maintained. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a once in a lifetime extraordinary experience .”

This home is amazing, perfect for just about every audience. Family getaway, girls getaway, romantic getaway, you name it. The privacy was perfect, nearby homes are set far enough apart that the view of the stars at night are breathtaking. Oh, and if you enjoy cooking, you might never want to leave, one of the nicest kitchens I’ve seen with a great setup for entertaining. We’ll be back next year!”

I have stayed at the Anderson's property a number of times and left feeling as though I'd just been residing in paradise every time. One can sense the devotion, nurturing, and attention in every aspect. The home, design and decorating; fields of flowers, trees, gazebo, the river; privacy and a better nights sleep than in my own home. Chet and Kristy are culinary masters, if you should be fortunate enough to have them prepare a meal for you. With fresh greens and herbs grown on the farm, a divine bottle of wine, and conversation sure to be dominated by laughter and sincere warmth of service. I suggest this experience to any and all visiting Boulder. Cheers!!”

We loved staying here and will come again! What a beautiful, tranquil setting! The historic schoolhouse conversion to the open kitchen, dining and gathering space has been done with a great attention to upscale finishes and detail. Four doors open to a "Better Homes and Gardens" outdoor gathering and dining area. After dinner you can relax with a fire by the stream which runs through the property! All of the bedrooms are comfortable and quiet with pastoral views of the farm. We enjoyed walks down quiet country roads admiring neighboring farms and views of the mountains. The house is very convenient to downtown Boulder, but seems a world apart.”

“Perfect Location for ALL that Boulder has to Offer

This is the perfect place for anyone who wants to experience all that Boulder has to offer – all of the fabulous restaurants and activities in town – but better yet, the opportunity to escape and relax in a quiet, rejuvenating rural setting. This beautiful house is on a working flower farm, just 15 minutes from town. The kitchen / dining area of the home is so inviting that it’s hard to want to be anywhere else. We had planned to spend much more time in town, but once we arrived here, we spent much more time cooking at home, taking advantage of the on-site garden’s fresh herbs and vegetables. We enjoyed sunsets on the outdoor patio, incredible meals on the flagstone table under a Tuscan-style arbor, and campfires next to the stream under spectacular starry skies. You can walk out the front door along the quiet dirt roads in the neighborhood with spectacular views of the Boulder Flatirons and foothills, or drive just minutes to some of Boulder’s most famous (and even better, far less-traveled) hiking trails in the foothills and mountains. We can’t wait to come back!”

Located in a unique setting on a ten acre, working farm, the cornerstone of this spectacular home was once a stone-walled, one-room schoolhouse. The owners completely transformed the old school's interior into a warm, welcoming, visually stimulating gathering place for friends and family. Open the front door and you enter a large room with a high, vaulted ceiling. Your eye first sees the true chef's kitchen and bar at the far end of the room. Then, you notice the clusters of comfortable club chairs and a Stickley dining room set. Colorful, interesting art is hung on the walls and sets of French doors provide views of the grape arbor and a stand of tall cottonwood trees and access to outdoor seating areas. What a wonderful space! Comfortable bedrooms and a rec room with pool table are housed in an attached wing. In all respects, this home reflects thoughtful design, a high level of craftsmanship and a strong aesthetic sense.”
"Looking back, we still feel how lucky we were to discover the Fresh Herb Co. farm and have our summer wedding there. The farm is a hidden gem in the farmland north of Boulder. It was the perfect setting for our special day, provided a beautiful selection of flowers for decorating, and last but not least, has some of the warmest and sweetest people we have met – the owners Chet and Kristy. The farm layout created a convenient flow from the bridal suit in the owners’ house to the green backyard next to the old schoolhouse building, which acted as the ceremony and cocktail reception site, and then to the big lawn between the amazing lavender field and the tree-lined creek where the tent was setup for dinner. Our guests were very excited to check out the flower fields and the green house nearby. We got many compliments on the flower arrangements that we sourced directly from the farm. Chet and Kristy patiently worked with us and our planner to make sure everything was ready for our big day. They also gave us many helpful tips on flower and decoration ideas. Thanks for making our special day so unique and unforgettable!"
